Effective learning of music is not just a matter of having a qualified teacher, but also includes an environment that is favorable to learning and learning music specifically. Lessons in homes are prone to many possible distractions and can interrupt the flow and concentration of the lesson. In a school setting, students are not distracted by the phone, TV, pets, siblings, or other distractions. Students receive their teacher’s full attention.

We understand that performing plays an important part in the development of a good musician, so we offer optional recitals and other performing opportunities for our students and their families.
